"Absolutely a joke of a company"
Absolutely a joke of a company. Called customer service was put into call back que which was 10hrs later for my tracking information.. then i got rhe wrong parts did the instant chat was tols to fill out the rma. Won't respond to my rma( return request) so I decided to try and use the parts which I was stuck with and only the back rotors and front pads were correct for the full brake set up. Absolute waste of my money will never come to this company for anything.

"Spend $65 to get $19 back for the wrong part"
Spent about $44.44 (item, tax, shipping) only for the part to arrive and not fit. I had asked the agent about the measurements of this part but they would not tell me (the support team must not have access to the merchandise). I asked about returns policy and was assured they pay in full as long as the parts are not damaged or opened - I was not warned that they do not pay return shipping. To return this item, I would have paid in total $65, just to get about $19-23 back for the part. When I tried to confront another agent about this (about the part being the wrong size about the shipping) at first they were trying to hustle me into buying another part (when they still couldn't tell me the measurements) - then when I said, "So, you can't provide me with the measurements for these?", this customer service rep said have a nice day and ended the chat! I will never buy from them again. I don't think anyone should.

I received a parts order information after i placed my order. I printed what was on the screen and what i got was no information at all. Not your fault. I got on the chat and it was corrected right away awesome job.

I ordered $1500 in parts have an issue with one of the parts And there's no customer service to help me resolve the issue. I have been on the phone at least 3 hours on hold. So to be on the phone that long they don't offer customer service. I would never buy from this company again. A real company gives real service. Beware buyers if there's any issues you're gonna eat them.

Part geek are a bunch of crooks. My first order it was wrong now they want to screw me now i have to pay to send it back and theni have a restock fee. Dont use parts geek! There crooks 1 star is as low as i can go id go lower!

The part their website said would fit my vehicle didn't. Ordered a $175 fuel pump and it was incorrect. Now after jumping through hoops to return said part they send the refund check to an address in a state I do not live, and not where the part was shipped or returned from. Now after two hours on line with customer support (in India) I have no further response other than they will get ahold of me in 24 to 48 hours with some sort of answer. I just want the money returned to the card it was charged, why is that so hard? I figure it is because they figure most people won't go through all this hassle to collect their money and now they have the part back, to sell to the next sucker, and my money which they can not tell me if I can get back yet. Complete joke of online ordering and returns and customer service with "Chad" from India and his supervisors Tim and Brad.
"shipper left package in the rain"
The part arrived, seems to work fine, but the shipper left the cardboard box out in the rain despite the sign on my porch to leave packages inside the porch.
There was no way to contact partsgeek about this.
