"Return was waaay easier than I expected"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part and wasn’t looking forward to returning it, but it ended up being smooth. I filled out the return info, shipped it back, and got my refund without much hassle at all. It took a few days, but that was nooo big deal. Overall, a really good experience.

"Decent Price, But Shipping and Ownership Were Confusing"
partsgeek had the part for cheaper than my local store, which was nice, but once shipping got added, it wasn’t quite the great deal I thought it was. Still, if you’re not in a hurry, it’s a decent value. My main gripe is that it wasn’t super clear who actually owned the order or who I was supposed to deal with if something went wrong, which made the whole thing feel a little less straightforward than it should’ve...

"Shipping took wayyy too long"
I ordered a part and waited way longer than I thought I would. The tracking barely updated, like it was just stuck there for days. Ended up having to fix my car without it, which was super frustrating.

"Inventory Info Could Be Better"
I ordered a couple of parts because they showed as available on the site, so I figured everything was good to go. Then a few days later, I got an email saying one of them was actually out of stock. Kind of frustrating... I had already planned to do the repair that weekend. They did refund me, which I appreciated, but still, the inventory info really needs to be more accurate. I ended up wasting time waiting for a part they didn’t actually have.

"Late delivery with poor tracking updates"
My order showed up later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no real idea where it was or when it would arrive. The delivery info wasn’t clear at all, which made the whole experience frustrating. Given the delay and lack of communication, I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

"Parts geek is horrible"

First they shipped me a compressor  kit .I get it and the compressor  is an old return core not a reman compressor. Second it takes days for them to tell me to ship it back .third I have to pay to ship back their mistake at my cost of over 40.00 .now it has been days still no refund and they say they will not pay me back my shipping .for their screw up .I will be posting this review in every forum that I can so people will know not to buy from parts geek

"Partsgeek was easy to use..."
Partsgeek was easy to use. I just put in my car info and... there it was, the part I needed. I didn’t have to click through a bunch of random pages or guess if I was looking at the right thing. The site loaded fine, checkout was simple, and overall it was just a smooth experience. Not much hassle at all, which I really appreciated...

I did get my refund in the end, so it worked out, but it took a few emails back and forth and a bit more waiting than I was expecting. Not the smoothest process, but they did sort it out eventually.

"I ordered from PartsGeek once when…"
I ordered from PartsGeek once when I needed a replacement part and, the part did show up, so they seem legit from my experience. The price was good, and the tracking updated like it was supposed to, but the shipping took a little longer than I thought it would. The only part that made me a little hesitant was that I wasn’t totally clear on how returns would work if something went wrong. Customer service also felt kind of hard to get a hold of, which made me a bit nervous. I’d probably order from them again if I found a cheaper part, but only if I was completely sure it was the right fit before buying

I ordered a part and then found out afterward that it was on backorder. I ended up canceling because, uh, I needed it sooner than that. The cancellation process was easy though, and they didn’t give me any trouble about it. The refund took a couple days, but it came through fine. I just wish the stock issue had been clearer earlier. Overall, not a bad experience.

"3 Stars Feels About Right"
3 stars feels fair to me overall. I ordered the part from PartsGeek and it arrived without any issues, so that part was fine. The install ended up being okay, but it definitely wasn’t as easy as I hoped. The instructions were pretty much nonexistent, so I had to find a video online to figure it out. After messing with it for a bit, the part did fit and worked out. Not a terrible experience, just more of a hassle than I expected.

"I was ready to order this…"
I was ready to order this tiny little part, but then I saw the shipping cost it felt like the plot twist in a bad drama. The shipping was almost as much as the part itself, which is wild for something that could probably fit in a tiny box. I totally understand shipping isn’t free, but at that point the whole deal just wasn’t worth it. I ended up ordering from somewhere else with cheaper shipping

"Broke in a Week, and the Policy Didn’t Help"
I was disappointed with this. It broke after about a week of normal use, which is already frustrating enough. What made it worse was trying to deal with the return or warranty side of things and running into all these little policy loopholes that basically make it harder to get any real help. I expected it to last longer than a few days, at the very least.

"Parts geek review"

parts geek are crooks and if you ever have to return a part they will very rarely refund and the shipping is on the customer with a 20% restocking fee and to boot they charged my order a service fee and handling fee along with a warranty fee. This is definitely not a company that you should buy from.

Parts don't fit as indicated they would

customer service  will not respond

no way to return any parts

If you buy something from these crooks you better be prepared to keep it.
